About the Job

I-Tech System, a leading IT Training and Service provider in Nashik (College Road), is seeking a versatile and creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer cum Trainer.This is a unique hybrid role ideal for a professional who loves to design *and* has a passion for teaching. You will work on live client projects while also training the next generation of designers. Candidates with additional skills in Digital Marketing will be given top preference.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Mentorship (50%):
  • Conduct practical training sessions for students on Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator) and UI/UX Design (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Guide students through live projects, portfolio building, and design theory.
  • Update course curriculum to match current industry trends.
2. Design & Production (30%):
  • Create professional UI layouts for websites, web applications, and mobile apps for our software clients.
  • Design high-quality social media creatives, brochures, and banners for internal marketing.
  • Ensure all visual deliverables align with brand identity and user experience principles.
3. Digital Marketing (20% - Preferred Skill):
  • Manage the company’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Design and execute basic digital marketing strategies to boost engagement and student inquiries.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a professional design role (Teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory if you have strong communication skills).
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Must-Have: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma / Adobe XD.
  • Good-to-Have: CorelDraw, HTML/CSS basics.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), or Content Creation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi), patience, and a passion for sharing knowledge.
  • Education: Any Graduate / Diploma in Graphics or Fine Arts.
