We are looking for a visionary UI/UX Lead to drive user-centric design strategies and deliver intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the UX vision and strategy aligned with product and business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Build, scale, and maintain a comprehensive design system ensuring consistency across products
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions
- Use Figma to create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design documentation
- Drive accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Establish design standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI/UX designers
- Continuously improve user experience through data-driven insights and feedback loops
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy and design leadership
- Expertise in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience building and scaling design systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
