Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who specializes in website design and social media creatives. This role requires a focused professional who is committed to delivering high-quality design work aligned with defined responsibilities (KRAs), without dilution of effort into unrelated areas during work hours.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing website interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web platforms.
- Manage and design creatives for social media platforms (posts, banners, campaigns, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in branding across website and social media channels.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to implement designs effectively.
- Optimize user experience based on feedback, usability principles, and performance metrics.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
Candidate Profile
- Strong focus and demonstrated experience specifically in UI/UX design for websites and social media.
- Not an “all-rounder” generalist—should have depth in core design responsibilities.
- Proven portfolio showcasing relevant work (web UI/UX + social media creatives).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize core responsibilities.
Qualification:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
