Masters degree in UI/UX Design / Interaction Design / Product Design / Digital Design
Bachelors degree (B.Des or equivalent) in UI/UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
1 to 3 years of teaching and/or relevant industry experience in UI/UX
Strong understanding of UX research, user journeys, wireframing & prototyping
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, FigJam, etc.
Ability to explain complex design concepts in a student-friendly manner
Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail
Excellent communication, presentation & mentoring skills

Industry experience in product design, UX consulting, or digital agencies

Support industry collaborations, workshops, guest lectures & hackathons
Contribute to admissions, student showcases, academic events & outreach
