Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer passionate about designing engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design clean, user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand and product vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using modern design tools.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs for better user experience.
- Maintain design consistency across platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field.
- 12 years of professional experience in UI/UX design (internships or full-time).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaboration with developers is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile app design work.
