Position Overview:-

We are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) who can design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. You’ll collaborate across teams to cultivate user journeys that feel seamless, purposeful, and impactful—like well-tended paths across a growing field of fintech innovation.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. User Interface (UI) Design

• Design visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with brand guidelines and product goals.
• Create detailed layouts, icons, illustrations, and design systems ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.

2. User Experience (UX) Design

• Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to understand user needs.
• Translate insights into intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving product goals.

3. Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and business teams to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

4. Design Systems & Standards

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design principles

Software & Design Skills:-

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (basic front-end familiarity preferred).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, interaction design, and motion design principles.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio of user-centered projects.
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving through design.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and align designs with business goals.
