Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and solutions.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
- Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
Job Requirements
- Strong portfolio of UX/UI design work demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
- Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
