About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can balance creativity with execution. In this role, you will drive high-quality design output, contribute to strategic thinking, and ensure smooth project delivery within defined timelines and revision cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand client briefs and business context
• Create strong design concepts and multiple directions
• Lead ideation, moodboarding, and visual exploration
• Deliver high-quality, client-ready designs
• Ensure projects move efficiently within max 3 revisions
• Present design work to clients when required

Team & Leadership

• Guide and support junior designers
• Set quality benchmarks through your work
• Contribute to team learning and upskilling

Requirements

• 3–6 years of UI/UX or visual design experience
• Strong portfolio (concept + execution)
• Proficiency in Figma / Adobe tools
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Agency experience
• Branding / design systems exposure
