We are in the middle of building:

• Interactive video products where the UI isn’t separate from the content, it is the experience

• Platforms where users can engage, explore, and take action with help from our agents

• Alongside that, we’re working across automotive, hospitality, retail, and healthcare solving very different kinds of product problems

This role isn’t about polishing screens.

It’s about figuring out how things should work when the rules aren’t fully defined yet.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Can take a messy idea and shape it into a real product

• Understands interaction and motion as part of the experience, not an afterthought

• Is comfortable jumping between a SaaS dashboard one week and a consumer-facing experience the next

• Can be independent with clients and engineers without needing hand-holding

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Lead to drive the design and implementation of user-centric digital products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves leading the design and prototyping of user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating prototypes, and crafting seamless user experiences. You will also contribute to front-end development tasks to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating high-quality prototypes and Visual Design assets.
• 6+ Expertise in User Experience Design (UED) and prototyping to develop intuitive and effective solutions.
• Experience with Front-End Development to bridge design concepts with functional implementation.
• Strong ability to collaborate with design teams, product managers, and engineers to execute creative solutions, build and maintain design systems.
• Knowledge of design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as familiarity with leveraging AI tools for UI and motion design.
• Proven experience leading UX/UI projects; prior leadership experience will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
