We are looking for a skilled
UX/UI Product Designer (Immediate joiner or someone with a short notice period)
with 4–8 years of experience who can combine strong visual design with structured product thinking.
This role requires someone who can independently own features from discovery to final UI delivery, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to scalable design systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile applications using Figma, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
- Translate business requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design responsive, user-centered interfaces with strong attention to detail
- Create interactive prototypes to validate flows and interactions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams
- Ensure smooth design-to-development handoff with well-documented specifications
- Contribute to and evolve the organization’s design system
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterations
- Maintain consistency across products and platforms
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
- Strong expertise in
Figma
(components, auto layout, variants, design systems, prototyping)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or SaaS products
- Strong problem-solving and product thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
