Lead marketing for a fast-growing line of business operating homegrown private label brands across 8 online marketplaces: Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, eBay, Overstock, Target, and TikTok Shop. This LOB is on track for significant scale, with ambitious goals to double revenue in 2026 while building sustainable systems for long-term growth.
You'll inherit a 10-person marketing team and be accountable for driving revenue and contribution margin growth across all channels. The immediate challenge: accelerate Amazon growth while optimizing and scaling the broader channel portfolio

Double LOB revenue across all 8 channels in 2026 while maintaining or improving contribution margins.

Drive traffic, organic rankings, and conversion rates on Amazon through improved paid media efficiency, SEO optimization, and listing/content excellence

Drive performance across Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, and emerging channels (TikTok) while managing brand-channel strategies that enable independent pricing.

Upskill and develop the 10-person team to execute against aggressive growth targets.

Orchestrate integrated campaigns across marketplaces, balancing brand-building with performance marketing.
·
Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization to prioritize initiatives and drive execution
· Amazon revenue growth accelerates with improved visibility, traffic, and conversion metrics
· Overall LOB doubles revenue while building repeatable systems and processes
· Marketing team is upskilled and executing at a higher level
· Contribution margins maintained or improved despite competitive intensity
· New channel experiments (TikTok) show proof of concept with clear scaling path.
· 8+ years in digital marketing leadership roles, with deep marketplace experience (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
· Proven track record managing multichannel marketplace strategies with demonstrated revenue scale
· Strong analytical capability: comfort with advertising metrics (TACOS, ROAS), contribution economics, and data-driven decision-making in ambiguous environments
· Player-coach mentality: able to dive into campaign optimization, listing audits, and marketplace platform analytics when needed, while primarily orchestrating team execution
· Experience building or developing marketing teams in high-growth environments
· Direct Amazon expertise: advertising optimization (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), organic SEO, A+ content, brand registry tools
· Experience managing portfolio brands with differentiated channel strategies
· Background in home/furniture categories or similar product verticals
· Track record of sustained growth (3-5 years in role) vs. short-term optimization spikes
· Report to COO (Chennai) with dotted line to Founder/President (Florida)
